FAQS - Paramount Restoration

If you find yourself in a situation that requires prompt and professional restoration services do to fire, mold damage, flood, or other water related damage repair you can depend on Paramount Restoration. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to take your call. You contact us we’ll provide you with an over the phone estimate based on the description of the problem that you’ve encountered. One of our professional staff members will then be sent out to evaluate the damage and provide you with a more accurate cost for restoration. Our estimates are free of charge. Once we have your approval we will get started on returning things back to normal.

Your work largely ends once we show up to evaluate the situation. If you accept our estimate at that time, we’ll get to work and take care of all of the details. If we need you or your family to take additional steps (such as staying out of a portion of the house) our experienced technicians will explain that to you before we start working so you have no surprises.

Estimates are free. There is no cost to call and get an estimate. Normal business hours are from (8AM- 5PM) but someone is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to answer your call and send out a restoration specialist.

Homeowners insurance usually covers most or all of the cost of the restoration except for the deductible. We collect the deductible and everything else is billed to the insurance company. We accept all insurance companies for our customer’s peace of mind. Talk with your insurance agent for more details

We accept all forms of insurance and will work directly with your insurance company to secure payment, leaving you with no worries and no hassle. We use industry standard pricing which is set by the insurance companies, using xactimate software for billing

Not necessarily, in some cases you do not need to file a claim. Not all backups or floods actually require a claim and can be handled without filing. You should have one of our professionals come out and access the damage before filing a claim. We can advise you if one is necessary and will work with you to get everything resolved.

The time needed for restoration varies greatly with the extent of the damage. When you call Paramount Restoration, we’ll listen carefully to the details of your situation, then send someone out to examine the damage for themselves and let you know what needs to be done and approximately how much time it will take

In cases of severe flooding, sewer backup or fire, the damage itself may force you out of your home. However, if you are still able to live in your house following the incident, you will probably also be able to live there during the remediation process. Be aware, however, that your home may be noisy and there will be fans and state of the art restoration equipment running, so if you are a light sleeper or have small children, you may choose to relocate while we do our work for greater convenience.

No! While we’re certainly available for emergencies, such as floods and fires, many of our services can be scheduled at your convenience, such as mold remediation and moisture damage control.
